Sales reps will lie to your face. I have a discount and they won't accept it, better off going somewhere else. I'll go back to using Best Buy.

Michael is the one who helped me out and he was awesome! Very informative of how the device worked along with all the sales and deals they had going on. Great customer service, just an overall great experience.

Very good experience going to get an upgrade. Andy made the experience pleasant and quick. Appeared to be in a hurry simply because of the large volume of people at the store, but did give me the attention and respect I would expect from a customer service perspective. Clean, tasteful.

Only negative is that their security devices would spontaneously trigger without cause. Very loud, and annoying. I would urge against bringing children into this store.
